The Tome of Morgul has the following properties:

• Anyone who completes a reading of the tome gains the Shadow Weave Magic feat, after which, every day where an hour is spent reading the tome, it provides a +6 profane bonus to intelligence, and allows spells cast by the reader with the Shadow descriptor to be treated as supernatural abilities. Furthermore, they may prepare or cast such spells even if they would not normally have access to them, they also gain a spell slot of a level one higher than the highest they have that can only be used for such spells.
